Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Description
We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. You will operate a backhoe or small excavator and loader on various construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a MA Hydraulics License 1A or 2A1C and experience in water or sewer operations.
Responsibilities
Operate a backhoe or small excavator and loader.
Work on closed-off construction sites, not on active roads.
Travel from site to site with the crew and work outdoors 100% of the time.
Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
Essential Skills
MA Hydraulics License 1A or 2A1C.
Experience in water or sewer operations.
Proficiency in operating a backhoe.
Ability to start operating machinery immediately on Day 1.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with front-end loaders and excavation is a plus.
Ability to adapt to different construction site conditions.

Work Environment
You will travel from site to site with the crew and work outdoors 100% of the time. You will not be required to drive any vehicles, only operate heavy equipment on construction sites.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
