This role involves working closely with New Hopes staff and community partners to ensure survivors and their families receive comprehensive support and safety options. The Advocate will coordinate with other team members to support the Housing Stabilization and Flexible Funds programs, helping facilitate stable housing for those impacted by violence. Key responsibilities include providing hotline coverage, conducting intake appointments, offering resources, supporting hospital medical advocacy, assisting with funding referrals and representing New Hope at community events.
