Kelly Services Maintenance Technician in Attleboro, Massachusetts

Maintenance Technician - Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust automation machines and associated secondary equipment as required to restore and/or continue safe and efficient operations.
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment, using electrical and electronic test equipment. Responds to requests of other supervisors when Production supervision is not available.
Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts, following specifications and blueprints and using precision-measuring instruments and tools.
Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery, using rags, brushes and grease gun.
Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaced gauges, vales, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
Troubleshoots and repairs hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
Performs assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
Fabricates/installs machinery or equipment according to blueprints and other specifications. Performs mechanical, electrical and hydraulic maintenance on automated machinery and equipment.
With assistance, performs programming on automated machinery and equipment.
Communicates with suppliers on special problems and projects.
Assists in maintaining records, documents, and schematics on equipment.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience.
Hours for this Maintenance Technician position are on the 2nd shift M-F 3:30pm - 12am
Pay for this Maintenance Technician position is 25.00 per hour
