Team Leader Athol, MA Full Time Operations Manager/Supervisor Job Summary: Supervises the activities of Manufacturing Plant team to ensure that organizational production expectations are met. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive sustainable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity. Ensure all operators are adhering to factory policies such as PPE and first part sign offs. Ensuring tooling fixtures and equipment are in order. Help with new employees to receive the proper training and procedures. Work with employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity. Work on an action plan for the cross-training plan so the Supervisor can keep updated. Ensure quality standards on all parts that are being done. Work with Supervisor and Methods to solve manufacturing issues. Notify Supervisor of all department issues Strive to keep a clean and safe workplace. Administrative duties such as reports, emails and Smartsheet updates. Participate in Training seminars to help the company grow. Maintain Symphony color system on the floor. Qualifications: Knowledge of the field\'s policies, procedures, and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees.
