ATHOL - DIRECT HIRE - Team Lead Job Description Our client in the Athol, MA area is looking for a Team Lead to join their company! Your qualifications for the Team Lead position are as follows: High School Diploma Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Demonstrated leadership ability Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking Must have strong work ethic and lead by example Ability to drive results Benefits you will receive as the Team Lead: Direct hire position Full time Monday - Friday 6am-3:30pm (usually a 45 hour work week) \$24-\$25/hour based on skills and experience Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance 401k with company match Paid holidays and vacation time Year-end performance bonus As the Team Lead your duties will include: Work with team to achieve daily production activities and quality Ensure equipment and tooling is in order Ensure safe working environment and adherence to company policies Assist new employees with training Communicate with supervisor for all issues Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives Create reports as needed Participate in training activities Other related duties as requested Are you a dedicated leader with manufacturing experience?
