Town of Freetown Human Resource Director in Assonet, Massachusetts
Under the direction of the Town Administrator, the Human Resources Director oversees the Town\'s personnel programs; recruiting employees, ensuring compliance with state, federal and local personnel laws and regulations; counseling Town employees on a variety of human resources matters. Experience and Training: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field, Master\'s degree preferred. At least three (3) years of related experience. Experience in a municipal setting preferred. Prior experience with labor relations required. Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certified Practitioner preferred.
