ManpowerGroup Senior Facilities Technician in Andover, Massachusetts
Our client in the facilities management industry is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities/HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Senior Facilities/HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the HVAC systems in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
This is a 3rd shift position from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $32-$38
What's the Job?
Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of all HVAC related building systems including, mechanical (HVAC controls) related electrical and temperature controls systems, critical environments, utilize staff and contracting with outside vendors as necessary.
Identify the maintenance objectives of the facility and incorporate those objectives into a documented plan that includes preventive, corrective and reliability maintenance procedures.
Has in-depth knowledge of all HVAC related building systems and how they function.
Identify safety hazards within the building and incorporate the remediation of such hazards to ensure that the building’s staff and occupants work in a safe environment. Implement, administer, and manage safety training program.
Provide leadership in driving Reliability Centered Maintenance best practices.
What's Needed?
Associate Degree in and HVAC discipline or equivalent work experience.
5+ years facility related work experience, including customer service, leadership and supervisory experience.
Demonstrated technical expertise in facility related systems.
Certification as a Universal Technician.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
At least one year working in BioPharma or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
