Massachusetts Employer Security Guard in Andover, Massachusetts
DUTIES: Primary Duties Include: monitor security cameras, complete 2 Proxipen tours per shift which includes monitoring all building alarms and emergency systems, regularly checking boiler, electrical and mechanical rooms, answer & respond to 24/7 security emergency line, maintain Security Reports and Logs (shift reports, incident reports, etc.) Greet clients/visitors, respond to building emergencies with established procedures, enforcement of property policies (trespassers, solicitors, public access, etc.), monitor parking lots and sidewalks for safety hazards (debrs, slippery conditions, etc.) COVID 19 precautionary measures: Face masks are provided, if requested Work Hours (From - To) Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Free On-Site Fitness Center Membership Free Uniforms Upfront Parking
