Overview

Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Scientist. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of experience with Monoclonal Antibodies and Protein Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical support to developing therapeutic biologics.

  • Analytical research and development activities will include literature searches, analytical method development, test procedure writing, analytical method qualification, method transfer, and supportive testing for cross departmental activities.

  • Analyzes in-process samples from NextGen process development, cross-site samples and tech transfer samples.

    Requirements

  • Possesses extensive knowledge for analyzing Protein/mAB quality attribute, i.e. peptide mapping, glycans, SEC, etc.

  • Preferred techniques include UPLC, CE and LC-MS preferability with Waters BioAccord LC-MS system.

  • Must have: 5-7 years hands on experience.
