We are seeking a skilled Backend Python Developer to join our team at a leading energy management and automation company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using Python, with a strong emphasis on working within an Azure environment. Your expertise with Azure API Management Service is essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of its ecosystem.

• Experience in developing APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Flask or Django.

• Demonstrated expertise in working within an Azure environment.

• Must have experience with Azure API Management Service.

• Familiarity with other Azure services and tools.

• Understanding of software development best practices including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and code reviews.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You Will be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using Python.

• Implementing efficient and scalable solutions for data storage and retrieval.

• Utilizing Azure services to enhance application performance and reliability.

• Collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Writing clean, well-documented code and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

• Troubleshooting and debugging issues in existing codebase and proposing solutions to improve performance and reliability.

• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development and recommending improvements to the technology stack and development processes.
