Our client in the bio medical industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician (PAT Testing) to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician (PAT Testing), you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the Portable Appliance Testing for all corded equipment on site. The ideal candidate will be a team player, hard worker, have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversees the Portable Appliance Testing for all corded equipment on site. This includes the planning, scheduling, and execution of appliance testing.

• Oversees the general operation, repair and maintenance of the building appliance testing and perform PMs.

• Checks malfunctioning equipment and puts corrective actions in place.

• Assists other departments in the maintenance and repair of heating and cooling valves, water cooling equipment; boilers, heating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters.

• Ensures that work is performed efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.

What's Needed?

• Experience in bio medical facility.

• Prior knowledge of working within a GMP environment is a plus.

• Familiar with BMS and CMMS systems.

• Skilled and physically able to operate electric hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, lift and carry heavy loads, operate required equipment.

• Off-hours shifts, evening, night and weekend work may be required.
