MKS is seeking an US International Tax Manager to join our corporate tax and treasury department and play an integral role in our team. This position will be a hybrid position, based in our Corporate located in Andover, MA. This position will report to the Director of International and will take on preparation and review of U.S. international tax compliance and planning. As an International Tax Manager, you will partner with Tax, Accounting, Legal, and Treasury team members.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Prepare and review all US corporate income tax compliance related to non-US operations including US tax forms, disclosure statements and elections.

• Quarterly preparation of US international tax provision calculations of the Company including E&P, GILTI, BEAT, FTC, FDII, etc. and the impact of acquisitions or divestitures on the Company's global tax profile.

• Prepare and review legal entity basis calculations.

• Research international tax issues related to global tax strategy, M&A, tax accounting, and tax compliance.

• Assist in gathering information to support international aspects of IRS, non-US and state tax audits.

• Collaborate with Treasury to develop efficient repatriation strategies.

• Monitor US and non-US income tax legislation and continually evaluate the potential impact of tax developments to the Company.

Skills You Bring:

• 5+ years of US international tax experience from a public accounting firm, law firm or large multinational corporation. Public accounting experience is a plus.

• Bachelors degree with a focus on Accounting and Tax. MS in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or CPA is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of US international tax principles.

• Strong oral and written communication capabilities, including the ability to relate tax concepts to non-tax colleagues.

• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, HFM, CorpTax and/or OneSource software a plus.

This position is Hybrid and must be within drivable distance to our location in Andover, MA.
