The Product Support program area in the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area has an exciting opportunity for a Program Cost Schedule & Controls Analyst (P2). In this role, you will support Domestic Global Patriot programs. These are Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) contracts, with Raytheon Missile Defense (RMD) business as the primary customer.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Supply Chain, RMD Customer and Program Manager to ensure flawless execution of the programs

  • Maintain the cost and schedule baseline, identify risk and opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule

  • Prepare and analyze the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), analyze monthly financial data, prepare monthly forecasts/budgets, analyze staffing requirements, and identify opportunities to improve financial returns

    This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite and/or remote) and is based on the needs of the business. The candidate will need to have the flexibility to attend a few onsite meetings throughout the year. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

  • Typically requires 2 years of related finance experience

  • Experience with EVMS

  • Experience with RPlan, BW, APEX, PRISM or a similar system

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Word)

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in project controls / program controls / business management, cost analysis and forecasting

  • Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Earn Value Management System (EVMS) certification

  • Ability to flexibly work in a fast-paced changing environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Demonstrates ability to meet critical deadlines

  • Excellent data consolidation skills

  • Ability to quickly learn & utilize management systems and tools

  • Independent and self-motivated with minimal supervision required

  • Ability to communicate effectively & work with multiple levels of management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
