Schneider Electric EcoXpert Channel Program Leader in Andover, Massachusetts

An award-winning channel program, EcoXpert is the industry’s only partner program that trains and certifies its partners on cross-technology competencies and segment specializations. EcoXpert partners are the implementation arms of EcoStruxure™ in homes and buildings all over the world.

As Leader of the EcoXpert™ Partner Program, you will drive the deployment of the commercial strategy and adapt the channel’s program strategy according to the unique requirements in different countries.

You will be accountable for business growth and profitability.

This role

will manage a team (directly and indirectly) of country channel managers, global badge owners, and other transversal supporting teams.

Your Responsibilities

Accelerate the deployment of the worldwide channel program for short- and medium-term growth. Accountable for the channel’s growth and profitability.

  • Gain deep understanding of the EcoXpert channel’s environment and Schneider Electric’s performance (certification ‘badge’ deployment status, Digital Energy sales through partners, existing competencies deployed)

  • Support program expansion to other Schneider Electric divisions

  • Successful program deployment in all relevant zones and countries

  • Animate (digitally and physically) our existing network of partners

  • Convert key competitor partners to Schneider Electric EcoXpert partners

Gain deep understanding of the EcoXpert channel’s environment and Schneider Electric’s performance (certification ‘badge’ deployment status, Digital Energy sales through partners, existing competencies deployed)

  • Understand the targeted market and its structure (partner/end customer needs, roles, behaviors)

  • Identify competitive and global channel program trends that are impacting the EcoXpert program and those that are seen as opportunities for program development and differentiation

  • Identify channel governance (duties) and program benefits and adapt EcoXpert channel strategy and framework (partner tiering, platforming, commercial policies, training paths, business and competency requirements, value proposal, offer positioning within the EcoXpert program, dedicated supply chain, customer experience including partner relationship management and marketing programs to differentiate Schneider Electric from the competition)

  • Monitor the program business performance and relevancy to the divisional lines of business, countries and partners

  • Meet customers and partners in their day-to-day lives

  • Build and maintain a deep knowledge about the business environment of our partners, their expectations, and business potential – including competition, market trends, etc.

  • Drive and support the expansion of the EcoXpert partner program across Schneider Electric channels and divisions

  • Ensure consistency compliance of the global program is not compromised while enabling flexibility and specificity to ensure success at the Schneider Electric division level, as well as at zone and country levels

  • Be an EcoXpert brand ambassador

Successful program deployment in all relevant zones and countries

  • Accelerate the deployment of the EcoXpert channel program across all of the selected geographies

  • Represent the global EcoXpert program in all geographies (cross-badge)

  • Advocate for competency development (training) in the EcoXpert organizations

  • Define annual targets for recruitment and sales growth KPIs and track country performance

  • Hierarchically manage the channel program team and functionally manage the network of local channel program managers in each country

Animate (digitally and physically) our existing network of partners

  • Evangelize/brand advocate the countries, lines of business, and markets on the EcoXpert brand, values, and benefits

  • Animate the local and regional badge channel program managers to ensure program success

  • Support the regional (non-badge specific) channel program managers in their implementation

  • Represent the EcoXpert program in internal and external events

  • Define customer acquisitions and customers retentions strategy, collateral, and assets

  • Accelerate the implementation of the global convert plan and best use of central funding

  • Support the creation of integrated marketing programs to include (online and through sales people) demand generation, lead management, operational action plan (either for recruitment or retention), launches, and campaigns

  • Direct support when needed to retain and/or conquer new EcoXpert badges and partners

§ Marketing. Deep understanding of the 4Ps of marketing and marketing implementation skills (segmentation, customer targeting, pricing policy, launches, etc.)

§ Self-Driven. Decisive with an unrelenting desire to challenge the status quo, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking abilities, and analytical skills

§ Experienced. Undergraduate degree required, ideally in Business Management/Administration, as well as 8-10 years of related P&L and sales leadership experience. Experience in channel management is strongly desired as well as a global experience in MNC is preferred.
