We are currently looking for a Document Services Assistant in our Andover, MA location. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the review and input of information into the database, creation of litigation documents, copying, scanning, and the redacting of documents. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Reviewing documents from clients and/or debtors
Other duties as assigned
Proven work experience
Detail oriented and ability to multi task
Strong work ethic and problem solving skills
Experience utilizing MS Word, Excel
Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/ or in writing.
Be able to operate a computer, phone and/or equivalent devices
Be able to complete a minimum of a 40 hour flexible workweek schedule
Be able to life 5 pounds or more
