Adecco US, Inc. Direct Hire CNC Maintenance Tech in Andover, Massachusetts
Maintenance Technician | 2nd shift (3pm -12am Monday - Friday) $35 per hour (DOE)
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment used in CNC Production. The job is to fully support production and keep equipment running and in a good state of repair. Responsible for managing the Preventive Maintenance Program and keeping the system in full compliance. This is a key position in ensuring maximum uptime and productivity of the equipment.
Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Keep all production equipment running at a high-efficiency rate and at maximum productivity.
Establish and perform preventive maintenance programs for production equipment that is compliant with the quality system.
Work independently and with minimal supervision.
Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed.
Maintain spare part inventories to ensure a high service level.
Perform additional duties/tasks as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Maintenance experience in a high-tech environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CNC troubleshooting and repair.
High-level mechanical aptitude
Electrical skills including wiring, motors, and electronic.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems installation and troubleshooting skills.
Computer and microprocessor experience, PLC, and ladder logic
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and machinery.
Organizational skills sufficient for OSHA and quality systems compliance
Basic knowledge of ISO/GMP regulations and work environment or other regulated industry
General machine troubleshooting and repair
CAD experience
Machining experience
