Job Description

Strong experience Leading AI Strategy, Research, and Adoptability initiatives across multi-functional organizations

Strong understanding of how to create and explain value add/cost benefit analysis of new tools to an organization

Eager to expand the AI and automation footprint in an organization

Ability to stay on top of cutting edge AI solutions, along with researching and establishing value added accordingly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills that span across various groups (IT, Scientist, Manufacturing, Business, etc.)

Ability to collaborate across the organization both at the Director level and user level from the discovery phase to the implementation phase for all new AI/Automated tools the team is bringing to the masses.

Our client, a large Biopharma company in the U.S., is looking for a remote Business Solutions and AI Implementation Specialist to join their Digital Operations team. This person will leverage their background in artificial intelligence and business solutioning to step into a role as a thought leader for AI and Innovative Automation tool research, introduction and adoptability for the greater organization. They would be part of new AI opportunity evaluations and integrating these solutions into existing business processes. Their role would involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value. Additionally, they would be responsible for staying updated on the latest AI trends and technologies within the company, advising on best practices for AI implementation and adoption, and documentation of AI roadmaps, ecosystem, and solution diagrams, and other related project artifacts as needed. Experience creating an AI Strategy for a large organization from discovery to implementation and lastly a successfully company adoption null
