ICP Group Business Intelligence/Integrations Analyst in Andover, Massachusetts

Profile

The business intelligence (BI)/integrations analyst provides strategic, analytical, and technical support for business intelligence and integrations activities. The analyst leverages data to gain key insight into business opportunities, and effectively presents these insights to business stakeholders. The analyst is also heavily involved with the distribution and successful delivery of all BI reports. The individual will be responsible for working with their business partners to drive adoption and advocacy of the BI tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partners with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document business requirements

  • Partners with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports

  • Designs, develops, and maintains reports and analytical tools

  • Performs ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports

  • Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools

  • Provides technical leadership and guidance on integrations.

  • Identifies and analyzes errors and inconsistencies in the data and provides timely resolutions

  • Translates data results into written reports, tables, graphs and charts to convey information to management

  • Creates written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations

  • Creates ad hoc reports and views on a frequent basis to assist management in understanding, researching and analyzing issues

  • Teaches and advocates the use of business intelligence tools across levels of the organization

Experience

  • Minimum three years of experience in project management

  • Over two years of experience in business analytics

  • Demonstrated experience in writing software requirements and test specifications

  • Demonstrated experience using data to drive business decisions

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; MBA preferred
