Kforce Asset Management Associate in Andover, Massachusetts

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Asset Management Associate in support of our industry leading technology development client in Andover, MA. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.Overview:Asset Management is a commercial IT service offering for retired customer owned assets. The service may be structured as a one-time event (a Takeout) or an ongoing outsourced service (Programmatic engagement). The Asset Upcycling Service portfolio consists of several offerings to including onsite packing, reverse logistics, processing of returned assets as preparation for resale, environmentally sound recycling, and data security protocols in managing these procedures.Duties Include:

  • Collect customer onsite requirements and product details for pick up and return logistics back to a designated company processing facility

  • Create collection and pick up requests in company systems

  • Execute transportation tender to a designated carrier

  • Manage and update relevant documentation required to schedule a return

  • Send receipt acknowledgement reports daily

  • Manage customer returns into factory

  • As a Asset Management Associate, you will manage non-conforming throughput

  • Responsible for Internal communication regarding settlement status

  • Ensure assets/transactions meet SOW obligations

  • Accountable for account level KPI/SLA

  • Order Management

  • Customer Service

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Administrative skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
