Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Andover, Massachusetts. As part of our team, your role will involve handling various accounts payable functions, processing and managing invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role is in the finance industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle the task of vouchering for accounts payable.

• Contribute to the organization by coding invoices correctly and promptly.

• Ensure smooth operation by conducting check runs when necessary.

• Maintain customer credit records and update them as required.

• Take responsibility for invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the account status.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Take part in other accounts payable related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Expertise in Invoice Processing

• Experience in handling Vouchers

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
