PTO Accruals EAP - Employee Assistance Program: Personal Assistant Resource Hub Requirements Stavros is seeking to hire Staff Nurses (RN\'s/LPN\'s) who would be meeting People with Disabilities (aka Consumers) in their homes, located in the Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties to complete initial and annual In-Home Evaluations and Re-Evaluations. These evaluations are essential in identifying the available resources and supports needed by the consumers. Qualified candidates will have the following job requirements: Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse license. Must be able and willing to travel to complete in-home visitations and evaluations. Current CPR certification. Requires at least 1 year of community-based health experience. Knowledge of disabilities and community resources. Proficiency with medical documentation and timely submission of documents Reliable transportation and proof of auto Insurance is required. Bilingual preferred but not necessary (English/Spanish).
