Job Description

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will engage in research activities related to reducing dietary exposure to PFAS and mitigating their associated toxicity using clay-based sorbent materials. The positions require general knowledge of analytical chemistry, cell biology, bioassay models, animal models, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Education in relevant fields such as toxicology, biomedical sciences, environmental health, public health, etc.

  • Previous experience in primary cell culture and animal work.

  • Clear oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to conduct independent research and exhibit problem-solving skills.

  • Organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignment.

  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations.

Typical Office Environment

40 Hours per Week, Monday through Friday
