Craig's Doors Lead Case Manager in Amherst, Massachusetts

Job Summary: The Lead Case Manager at Craig\'s Doors works under the supervision of the Director of Case Management to provide comprehensive case management services to guests accessing our program locations in Amherst and Hadley. The Lead Case Manager conducts assessments, develops individualized service plans, connects guests to resources, and provides ongoing support to help them achieve stability and self-sufficiency. They assist the Director of Case Management in ensuring quality team performance, data quality, and program development. Qualifications Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field. OR High school diploma/GED and minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or social services. * Knowledge of trauma-informed care and case management principles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in organizational and time management skills. Valid Driver?s License, ability to reliably commute to work, and transport guests when necessary. *Please note that skills and abilities will be considered more critically than education.
