School/Youth Sales Account Executive - Full-time Job Category: Administrative Requisition Number: SCHOO012734 Full-Time Six Flags New England Agawam, MA 01001, USA Job Details Description Position Type: Full Time, Salary Reports To: General Sales Manager The Six Flags New England Sales Team is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of School/Youth Sales Account Executive to expand our group business and improve our revenue initiatives. Charged with managing a large volume of both new and renewal group sales accounts. Within this role, you\'ll grow our group sales business by maintaining and closing assigned inbound and outbound leads, upselling and educating clients, delivering best in class programs and events that engage the school and youth market, and work directly with your General Sales Manager and Corporate Sales leadership for success. Job Duties: Execute coordinated and timed sales cadence strategy with emphasis on inbound and renewal accounts Communicating with new/renewal customers and following up on assigned leads Conducting sales presentations via phone and email within your assigned business segments Understanding customer needs, pivoting to overcome objections, and identifying sales upgrade opportunities Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per email Work with your park events/execution teams to ensure seamless event planning and logistics Ensure payments are processed and recorded accurately Keeping up with Six Flags group sales product and service information and updates Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Explaining and demonstrating Six Flags features of ticket programs and services Staying informed about competing products and services Closing sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets tracked within our CRM Adhering to all department and company safety policies Maintaining the company mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Service to our Guests Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent phone, virtual sales, and cold calling skills Exceptional customer service and sales skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, etc. Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
