You’ll be:
Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
Coordinating the daily operation of a crew of rides, and administering daily assignments for a crew of Team Members
Achieving, receiving, and maintaining certification on all rides in a given crew
Complying with and enforcing all aspects of the Rides training program, including the daily application of all training procedures, policies, and documentation
Creating and administering a break and rotation schedule for all Team Members within crew
Auditing the skills and performance of department team members; actively coaching out on the rides
Coaching Team Members, to achieve optimum throughput on all rides
Answering guest questions
Ensuring a safe and clean work environment for all guests and team members
Completing and maintaining all formal documents and audit forms used on a daily basis in the department
Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
Assisting in other areas of the Rides Department
Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
16 years old or older
