Aerotek Packer in Agawam, Massachusetts


Steel toed boots, ear protection, safety glasses are a must. No cell phone or IPOD use is allowed. The location for this position is Alhmgren. In the Work Environment section I explain the work environment in that building which is key in identifying the right candidate.

Must Haves:

-Work well with others

-high school education

-6 months Warehouse

-6 months of Picking

-6 Months of Packing

Candidate will be working in a new large warehouse. This work environment is very quite so the candidate must be ok with that type of work environment. They have had previous issues of candidates gossiping because it can be easy to start conversation and speak about people. The candidate will be packing boxes according to packing list and box size.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-High School degree is a must.

-good communication skills.

-good job history (1.5 years min at a single company recently).

-Ability to follow written work instructions in English. Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video.
