You'll Contribute to our Mission by: Performing all duties for the Seasonal Supervisor, when necessary Scheduling Seasonal Supervisors, Team Leads, and Team Members according to budgetary guidelines. Providing input to Games Maintenance regarding all equipment to avoid repairs or downtime Ensure proper training of all personnel Maintaining proper staffing Tracking gross profit and net performance Suggesting and initiating ideas to meet budget goals Overseeing the proper storage of the daily files in the CDC building Tracking daily coupons Ensuring proper cash handling Preventing merchandise damage or shrinkage and prevent cash misuse Facilitating weekly meetings with Seasonal Supervisors to communicate information Communicating park or team related concerns to the Full Time Supervisor Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned You'll do it with your: Passion for helping others succeed Ability to develop a high performance team Lack of hesitation to execute Aptitude for knowing what's next Excellent verbal communication skills; including use of a microphone Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language Sense of fun and inspiring attitude You'll know you're ready if you are: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. 18 years old or older Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings Six Flags New England is an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports a Drug Free Workplace
