Fright Fest Make-up Artist Six Flags New England Part-Time Our monsters and zombies won\'t find it hard to stay in character once you\'ve done their make-up and special effects! You\'ll bring the chills to life as you transform our team, and put the fright in frightening. Whether it\'s a zombie, a ghoul, or a creature from the part of the water park we forgot to drain, your talent will bring our guest experience over the edge! Applicants should prepare: A portfolio of their work for the interview Interview Dates: September 11 from 3-7pm @ the Six Flags New England Human Resources Office For questions regarding Fright Fest Roles, please feel free to reach out to our Shows and Entertainment team at: 413-821-2620 You\'ll contribute to our mission by: Supporting the Six Flags Mantra - Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service Executing make-up and special effects for mid-way characters, performers, and other various roles Learning the various roles in our Haunted Attractions, Midway Haunts and our Shows so they can apply the correct style of make-up You\'ll do it with your: Previous experience in makeup application Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner Ability to work independently with little supervision Sense of fun Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language You\'ll know you\'re ready if you are: Willing to work in a high performance team environment Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. 18 years old or older Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
