Job Overview: ComSonics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling circuit boards according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble parts, products, or equipment according to detailed blueprints, instructions, or schematics. - Operate and maintain assembly tools, machinery, and equipment. - Soldering / Desoldering - Identify and resolve defects associated with the assembly of printed circuit boards - Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues promptly. - Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times. - Communicates effectively and works closely with co-workers. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. - Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or in a similar role preferred. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. - Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
