We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to established standards - Change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities - Vacuum carpets and dust furniture - Empty trash containers and remove waste - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests - Follow all safety protocols and procedures Experience: - Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Skills: - Root cause analysis: Ability to identify the underlying causes of issues or problems and develop effective solutions. - Warehouse management systems: Familiarity with software systems used to manage warehouse operations, such as inventory tracking and order fulfillment. - Category management: Understanding of how to effectively manage product categories within a retail or distribution setting. - 3PL: Knowledge of third-party logistics providers and their role in supply chain management. - Stock management: Experience in managing stock levels, ensuring availability while minimizing excess inventory. - Materials management: Proficiency in managing the flow of materials from procurement to production or distribution. - Procurement analysis: Ability to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.
