E.L. Harvey & Sons is looking for a High Energy Data Entry Specialist to join the team at our growing team in Westborough, MA.

This sales role will be responsible for performing administrative duties as it pertains to the sales department, ensure that all salespeople have the support they need to succeed in their job, and meet with sales reps regularly to review and streamline processes.

• Perform data entry of sales representative’s paperwork into internal systems.

• Maintain appropriate files and documentation, per company policy and internal controls.

• Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email and resolve customer issues.

• Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve issues or complaints.

• Quote pricing and respond to RFP’s.

• Creates and closes out work orders in database.

• Reach out to Broker Accounts with any past due balances’, minimum once per month.

• Understand broker contract language such as, price increases, terms and conditions, service increases/decreases.

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel, communication & analytical skills

• Solid Waste industry experience a plus, not required.
