Location: Norwell, MA. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients, embodying our company's ethos!
Manage scheduling for all in-home consultations and address client inquiries about our products via various communication channels.
Support leads generation efforts by promoting products and services to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Run reports and monitor leads to ensure smooth project operations.
Maintain showroom and displays, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy, alongside other administrative duties.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in administration, scheduling, and customer service.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office.
Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
