Adecco staffing is recruiting for a Test/Quality Control Specialist in Devens! This is a temp to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

PAY RANGE: $25-$30/hr DOE

Job Summary:

The Test & QC Associate plays a crucial role in the testing, quality assurance, and packaging of products before shipment. You would be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of products leaving the facility is 100% for the end user which could be someone you know!

Your work as a Test & QC Associate is so important because you will be directly contributing to overall customer satisfaction and efficient warehouse operations.

Role:

• Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a safe working environment.

• Product Testing: Perform testing and quality checks on products according to predefined standards and procedures to ensure functionality and compliance.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect products to verify conformity with quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.

• Packaging: Properly package and label products for shipment, following specific packaging instructions and ensuring products are adequately protected for transportation.

• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, reports, and documentation related to testing, quality control, and packaging processes.

• Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as production, logistics, or quality control, to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment, preferably in a testing or quality assurance role.

• Basic understanding of testing procedures and quality control measures.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and documentation.

• Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical capability to lift and move objects as needed.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
